The Process
These are shared cosmic sound bath sessions open to individuals and groups of up to 22 participants, with a minimum group size of 12 people.
Wear comfortable clothes for the session and do not consume a big meal or coffee 2 hours prior to the class to achieve maximum benefit.
Participants are guided through a thoughtfully designed sequence of yoga postures, harmonized by the ancient wisdom of the Cosmic Sound Temple. This unique blend of frequencies acts as a catalyst, amplifying the effects of the postures and deepening your connection to your inner self.
The session begins with a brief explanation of the Cosmic Sound Temple, emphasizing its purpose of harnessing universe sound, balancing the physical body, mind, and breath. Participants are guided into a brief moment of silent sitting to center themselves.
The session transitions into deeply resonant, where participants lie in a restful position. This stage releases tension, reduces stress, and cultivates a sense of deep relaxation. The practice concludes with a moment of gratitude and a gentle closing with aum chanting.
